Fitting
The right size, wherever you are.
Shoe sizes differ between Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. The tables below bring them together next to the one number that never lies: the length of your child's foot.
01
Stand on paper
In the afternoon, in socks, heel against a wall. Trace both feet — they are rarely the same size.
02
Measure heel to longest toe
Take the longer of the two feet. Fit always follows the bigger foot.
03
Add growing room
Allow 10–15 mm beyond the toes, then match to the centimetre column below.

Good to know
- Conversions between EU, UK and US systems are approximate — brands differ slightly, so the centimetre column is the safest guide.
- Feet grow fastest before age six: check the fit every eight to twelve weeks, and never hand down worn shoes.
- When between sizes, choose the larger one — within a thumb's width of growing room, never more.
- Age is only a guide. Feet grow at their own pace; they speak for themselves.
